This apartment is open plan, even the bathroom is in an open area next to the bedroom (shower and toilet do have doors). The space is well used and gives the impression of being large. Once through the main door of the apartment we find the area of the bedroom with a double futon bed in a Japanese style. Beside this you have first the wash hand basin, the toilet and then shower.

When we enter the dining room area, we first see a modern stainless steel fitted kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob etc. In addition there are 2 leather sofas, a round table with 3 chairs and out onto the balcony (which is also a laundry room with washer). The apartment overlooks a large yard so it is very quiet, with the added advantage of being 10 minutes from the Ramblas and the Plaça Catalunya.
