The apartment is located right next to the Arc de Triumf monument in the modernist district of Eixample. This area is residential, very safe, and close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the large urban Ciutadella Park, and just on the edge of the old town. A short walk will take you to the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas where you will find most of the attractions. Going by the other side of the Park will lead you to the Olimpic Port where you will find beaches and a lot of nightlife.

The apartment is modern, spacious, bright and airy. It has wooden floor throughout, and is well equipped for a comfortable stay. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds. They have both been tastefully decorated, the smaller of the two with a Japanese Tatami style. French windows open up onto a very little balcony in the master bedroom and the other room has a window that looks onto the internal patio. The living / dining room is spacious and furnished with a sofa, a flat screen TV, DVD player, Hifi system, and a table and chairs. The room is full of natural light thanks to French windows that open up onto a tiny balcony. The kitchen is separate and has all the necessities such as a microwave, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, etc. The bathroom is large and modern and comes with a full length bathtub.
