Un apartamento de lujo en pleno centro del barrio gótico, a pocos metros de la Plaza de la Catedral. Un espacio de 150 m2, con líneas modernas, luz natural y decoración de primera calidad: parquet en todo el piso, techos muy altos y varios balcones pequeños que dan a una calle tranquila. Un alojamiento perfecto para los que buscan estar en un sitio muy especial en el mismo centro de la ciudad.

Después del recibidor se llega al salón comedor de 40 m2 con varios sofás de piel, televisión por satélite, DVD y una larga mesa. A continuación se encuentra un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, vestidor y un baño enorme con 2 picas, ducha de hidromasaje y en la otra parte el lavabo, bidet y bañera de obra. También hay dos dormitorios más con 2 camas individuales cada uno con otro baño con ducha de hidromasaje, lavadora y secadora. La cocina está - como no - perfectamente equipada y dispone de lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora, máquina de café y hervidor de agua.

Un punto de salida muy céntrico para poder descubrir toda la ciudad, donde en un radio de unos pocos minutos se encuentra un amplio abanico de posibilidades de diversión: tiendas de moda, restaurantes, bares y terrazas en las zonas peatonales del barrio gótico.

Our 5 day stay recently at apartment 199 in the Barri Gotic truly made a memorable holiday for us. It was our first visit to Barcelona and we had our 2 children with us so we were very impressed and delighted by the accuracy of the desciption of the flat, the clarity of the arrangements and the fact we were met promptly and efficiently on our arrival as this made a substantial difference to our holiday. The central location of the flat was excellent as when the children became a little tired in the day we could call back for short periods, and there was plenty of space. The basic provisions provided in the kitchen were very helpful.We would not hesitate to use your company and this appartment again and will be recommending it to our family and friends.B.T 10.03.08

First of all I want to say that we have a great week in Barcelona. The apartment was in a great location, had plenty of space and was very warm and comfortable. A couple of minor points were that the kettle fused the power, so we were unable to use, (luckily we knew where the power switch was to reset), and we had a problem with the toilet, which was fixed within the day. The service we received from BCNinternet was efficient and courteous; we were met at the agreed time and were told all we needed to know about the apartment. We would recommend In-Bcn and not hesitate to use your service again. I.H 03.01.08

I'm pleased to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and found the apartment to be of excellent standard. It was spacious, spotless and comfortable.I had been worried after reading a review complaining about the noisy car park but we were not disturbed by the car noises at all. Being in the middle of a city it was naturally noisy at times but this did not disturb our sleep in the very comfy beds. Best of all was the location - central without being too near the noisy Ramblas. I will recommend In BCN to my friends and would be happy to use your services again.This is the first time I have used an apartment rather than a hotel and I will certainly do so again.R.C 14.11.07

I can confirm that we enjoyed our stay in Apartment 199 again this year (we used this apartment last year also).The arrangements with greeting your representative from BCN went smoothly and the apartment was again in a clean condition upon our arrival. We chose this apartment for the space offered in the apartment and also it's location. The only problems we encountered were with the front door of the apartment and also the TV. Although after a phone call to your office, these issues were resolved quickly.All in we are really pleased with the service we receive from BCN and also must thank you again for arranging our transportation to/from the airport…..it makes the journey so much easier.We would not hesitate to use BCN again and have already informed friends and family of your website.Many thanks J.M. 12.10.07

We had a great time in Barcelona. The accomodation was 1st class and the 6 of us really enjoyed it. It was only a 3 minute walk from Las Ramblas and was very easy to find. We found the area very safe and was so close to everything. The rooms were very modern and the lads thought the large screen TV was an extra bonus. The appartment was also very clean and tidy. We liked the way it was flexible and that we were able to keep our bags there for a while after we checked out. Thank you for a great stay. If I go back to Barcelona I would go for the same accomodation.L.I 10.10.07
