A wonderful apartment for any couple, located in the quiet residential district of Vallcarca-Penitents.
The 40m2 apartment is very well designed, comfortable and cosy. There are two main areas: the living-dining room and kitchen, and the bedroom. The living-dining room has an enormous window that fills the room with sunlight. The fully equipped kitchen sports a comfortable, spacious lay-out and has an electric stove, a microwave and a fridge.
The bathroom has a large shower stall.

The second main area is the bedroom, furnished with a double bed. A large storage area hangs suspended from the ceiling above the bed, ideal for putting suitcases and other bulky items. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it can be accessed without stairs.

The Parc Güell her inaugural name was Park Güell is a great garden with architectural elements placed in the top part of Barcelona. It was designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí, maximum exponent of the Catalan modernism, and constructed between the year 1900 and 1914, by Eusebi Güell's order.

The idea was to create a city - garden, though only there were sold three of 60 plots that were foreseen. One of them bought the own Gaudí in 1906, turned later into house - museum of the architect
