Answers:

1. Bed linen and towels are provided in all of our apartments at no extra charge, but they will not be changed or cleaned during your stay.

2. Prices shown are per apartment per night. The price is not affected by the number of people staying in the apartment, but apartments have a capacity as shown on the website, and may not be booked for greater numbers without our consent.

3. No. All taxes are already included in the price.

4. To make a booking you need to pay a downpayment of the total charge plus taxes. This is calculated automatically for you when you make the booking online. This is non-refundable.

5. The remaining of the balance is payable on arrival in cash.

6. On arrival you will also be asked for 500 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. This normally should be in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!

7. There is no extra charge for cleaning. The apartment will be clean when you arrive, but it will not be cleaned during your stay.

8. The apartments are cleaned between guests only, unless otherwise specified. During your stay you are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment.

9. The keys are given to you on arrival at the apartment and upon signature of your rental contract. You will be met there at a time specified by you, subject to our policy of arrival and departure times (below).

10. Arrivals should normally be between 4pm and 10pm, and departures should be before 11am. Normally provisions can be made with the apartment manager to look after luggage during the hours between, but the apartment should be vacated to allow for cleaning. All agreements in relation to this should be discussed directly with the apartment manager.

11. The owner or their representative will meet you at the apartment.

12. There are no extra charges for gas, electricity etc.

13. As requested by all our owners, we require a minimum stay os 30 days.

14. When booking the apartment you pay a downpayment, this downpayment is not refundable. On arrival at the apartment you pay the remaining which, once paid, is also, non-refundable. You may also arrange to pay this prior to your arrival if you prefer.

Rentals over 90 days - first payment for 60 days must be paid on or prior to arrival. Payments thereafter may be made every 30 days on the first day of each 30 day period.
